11:11 Systems acquires Ntirety
11:11 Systems acquired Ntirety, its sixth authorised VMware partner purchase, making it one of the largest private VMware Cloud Service Provider partners.
Broadcom made recent changes to the VMware Cloud Service Provider ecosystem that optimised the number of authorised VMware partners, and former VCSPs chose among creating new partnerships, migrating, or joining forces to assure their customers had ongoing access to VMware cloud infrastructure.
11:11 operates a global cloud platform and uses a partner-first approach, delivering cloud, connectivity, backup, cyber, Disaster Recovery (DR) and security solutions that support mission-critical applications and data; Ntirety maintained a global VMware business with in-house expertise.
Over the past three years, 11:11 acquired iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services and Faction, and the Ntirety purchase represented the sixth VMware-based acquisition; Cooley LLP acted as legal advisor to 11:11 Systems, Houlihan Lokey served as exclusive financial advisor to Ntirety, and Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor, with terms undisclosed.
“11:11 has been actively working with many former VCSPs to guarantee secure, compliant, high-performing cloud services and determine the best path forward for both their customers and their business,” said Brett Diamond, CEO, 11:11. “We chose 11:11 to take Ntirety’s business to the next level because of their deep experience in VMware-based environments, as well as their focus on security,” said Jim Parks, CEO, Ntirety.
The companies described plans to support customers' IT plans from cloud to containers to private Artificial Intelligence (AI) and beyond.
