Aero launches semi-private event flights

Aero launched a curated collection of semi-private, book-by-seat flights to cultural, sporting, and music events in 2026, allowing travelers to reserve private-jet-style seats for occasions such as Super Bowl LX, Formula One race weekends, and Adversarial Robustness Test (ART) Basel.

Guests and travel advisors could view a dedicated webpage listing flights tied to Aero's events for the year, and the company described a 24/7 Concierge responsible for managing the full journey experience, including coordination of ground transportation and real-time itinerary adjustments.

Operations relied on private terminals and in-flight provisions described in the release: curbside check-in was available up to 20 minutes before departure, luggage was returned within minutes on arrival, select itineraries included curated playlists, specialty menus, and event-related amenities, and onboard services referenced included meals from Erewhon and Starlink Wi-Fi. The program used Gulfstream IV-SP and Legacy 600 business jets plus custom-designed ERJ-135 aircraft.

The release identified Super Bowl LX on February 8 as the first event; flights were scheduled between private terminals in Los Angeles and New York City and a private terminal at San José Mineta International Airport, located five miles from Levi Stadium, with one-way fares starting at USD $1,875 from Los Angeles and USD $6,456 from New York.

Ben Klein said, “Many of our guests attend high-profile annual events, like the US Open, Art Basel, and Formula One race weekends. We've done these trips as one-offs for a few years, and the demand keeps growing. Now, we're offering a curated collection of flights to the most popular events on the annual circuit. Guests can simply book a seat online, which is perfect for smaller groups.”

The company said guests would be able to book scheduled semi-private flights by the seat on Aero.com or opt for Aero's private charter services.
