Acronis has expanded its #TeamUp partnership with AS Roma, the Italian football club, and added DSMatic, a Rome-based IT service provider, to the arrangement. The change gives the club an additional local partner for its cybersecurity and data protection work.

AS Roma was founded in 1927 and is based in Rome, where it plays home matches at the Stadio Olimpico. Its daily operations depend on technology, and the security and resilience of its IT infrastructure is described as essential to those operations.

Acronis will continue to provide integrated cybersecurity and data protection solutions in its role as AS Roma's Official Cybersecurity Partner. The collaboration combines Acronis’ cyber protection technology with DSMatic’s local expertise.

DSMatic joins the partnership as the Acronis Delivery Partner for AS Roma and will deploy and manage Acronis solutions across the club’s IT environment. Through the #TeamUp program, it will work alongside Acronis to provide local expertise and ongoing support. Service providers can join the #TeamUp Program to deliver Acronis Cyber Protection solutions to professional sports teams.
