The initiative seeks to provide indoor 5G connectivity across various property types, including commercial, retail, and residential spaces. Stakeholders emphasize the significance of enhanced in-building connectivity for improving tenant experiences and supporting technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) and Virtual Reality (VR).
TERAGO and Ericsson Partnership
Meanwhile, TERAGO Inc. has partnered with Ericsson to introduce Advanced Private 5G solutions throughout Canada. This partnership aims to create infrastructure for private 5G and neutral hosting as part of Ericsson's partner program.
TERAGO provides managed network services and cybersecurity solutions through various technologies such as Private 5G, Fixed Wireless, Fiber, and Cable. With exclusive high-frequency licenses, TERAGO holds a substantial position as Canada’s largest Millimeter Wave (mmWave) spectrum holder, offering dedicated performance for enterprise clients.
