PagerDuty achieves FedRAMP® Low Authorization

PagerDuty, Inc. announced it has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Low Authorization for its Operations Cloud, a step in supporting government agencies with mission-critical systems. This authorization demonstrates adherence to federal security requirements and expands PagerDuty’s service capabilities. The company is also pursuing FedRAMP Moderate authorization to meet broader compliance needs.

The FedRAMP provides a framework for security assessment for cloud services utilized by federal agencies. With this achievement, PagerDuty is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace, confirming its commitment to federal standards.

Pritesh Parekh, CISO at PagerDuty, stated, “Achieving FedRAMP Authorization at the Low Impact Level will enable PagerDuty to deliver the most resilient, secure digital operations management solution available to government agencies. This will enable federal IT leaders to resolve operational issues faster and with fewer resources, allowing them to focus on delivering better services to the American people.”

Through its solutions, PagerDuty aims to enhance efficiency within public sector organizations, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to help detect and resolve critical service issues promptly. Over 200 public sector entities currently employ PagerDuty services, many of which require FedRAMP-compliant partners.
