Delta Electronics showcases smart manufacturing solutions at ITAP 2025

SINGAPORE, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). 15, 2025 — Delta Electronics participated in the Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP) 2025 exhibition, presenting its solutions aimed at enhancing digitalization and productivity while supporting more sustainable operations. Among the key offerings was the DIATwin Virtual Machine (VM) Development Platform, designed to assist manufacturers in achieving efficient product development and smarter manufacturing processes.

Jimmy Wide Area Network (WAN), Country Manager of Delta Electronics Singapore, stated, “Digital transformation is the foundation for the next era of smart manufacturing. At ITAP 2025, we're demonstrating how Delta's advanced automation and infrastructure solutions can help manufacturers achieve greater efficiency, precision, and sustainability while paving the way towards Industry 5.0.”

The DIATwin VM Development Platform allows for concurrent design in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, significantly reducing equipment development time by over 40%. Delta's smart screwdriving systems, such as the Smart Screwdriving Analysis (DIASSA), are intended to improve torque control and quality management in assembly lines.

Additionally, Delta showcased its SCARA robots that integrate speed and precision for various tasks including assembly and inspection. The company’s comprehensive suite also includes motion control systems for precision applications, energy solutions aimed at supporting the industrial transition to sustainable practices, and smart retrofit technologies like the LOYTEC LROC-800 room controller.

Delta reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the digitalization and sustainability initiatives of Southeast Asian manufacturers. This aligns with its objective to operate on 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

ITAP 2025 took place at Singapore EXPO from October 15-17, 2025, where Delta exhibited its range of automation, robotics, and energy solutions aimed at promoting intelligent factories.
