Delta Electronics showcases building automation at MARVEX 2025

Delta Electronics presented its building automation portfolio at MARVEX 2025, focusing on integrated solutions for energy efficiency and improved indoor air quality. The event took place in Kuala Lumpur from September 9 to 12, 2025, aiming to align with global carbon neutrality initiatives.

The showcased solutions included the LOYTEC and Delta Controls Building Management Systems, the Intelligent Community Management System (iCMS), and the UNO Indoor Air Quality Monitoring system. These technologies support building owners and managers in optimizing comfort, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing overall sustainability.

One notable solution, the LOYTEC LROC-800 Room Controller, features Bluetooth Mesh connectivity for simplified installation and flexibility in energy management. The Delta Controls Red5 Room Controller offers centralized facility operations, integrating HVAC, lighting, and security through the enteliWEB platform, providing real-time data and control.

The iCMS combines multiple operational aspects into a single platform for improved energy management and monitoring. Delta’s UNO Indoor Air Quality Monitoring system continuously tracks vital air quality metrics, aiding in adherence to WELL, RESET, and LEED standards.

Delta maintains its commitment to sustainable building operations, aligning with its RE100 pledge to source 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

Delta also hosted a Power Talk session at the event, discussing how retrofitting existing spaces with their automation technologies can create energy-efficient facilities. The demonstration reinforced the company’s focus on sustainability and operational efficiency.
