Axiad names Accenture customer of the year

Axiad named Accenture its Customer of the Year for 2025, citing Accenture’s identity-first approach to securing its global enterprise and the companies’ collaboration on identity risk management.

Accenture applied an integration model that prioritized security from day one across nearly 100 acquisitions since 2023. The company presented that approach as a method to modernize identity security and to strengthen operational excellence and strategic growth.

The release described Axiad’s Identity Visibility and Intelligence Platform, Axiad Mesh; Axiad Conductor, which provided strong user authentication with automated credential management and PKI-as-a-Service; and Axiad Confirm for automated identity verification. The statement said these components delivered unified visibility, quantified risk analysis, passwordless authentication, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness. The release also said Axiad addressed threats posed by compromised and vulnerable human and non-human identities.

Accenture implemented Axiad Conductor to deliver consistent, phishing-resistant authentication across diverse environments, to accelerate alignment with corporate identity standards, and to advance its passwordless strategy. The deployment secured thousands of users, centralized governance across distributed Active Directories, and reduced privileged access. The companies described the work as part of a strategic collaboration in advancing the next generation of identity risk management.

“Accenture continues to demonstrate what is possible when identity is treated as a foundation for growth and operational excellence,” said David Canellos, CEO of Axiad.
