Aviz ONE Center recognized as OCP Experience Center for SONiC networking
Aviz Networks announced that Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) ONE Center Lab received official recognition from the Open Compute Project (OCP) Autonomous System (AS) an OCP Experience Center. This facility supports organizations adopting Software for Open Networking in the Cloud (SONiC) by providing infrastructure and advanced automation necessary for operationalizing SONiC.
The ONE Center allows testing and validation of major SONiC distributions across industry-recognized switch platforms. Interposer Technology (IT) serves AS a collaborative environment enabling users to explore various open networking solutions.
AS networks progress toward open architectures, the ONE Center becomes a resource for SONiC validation, offering access to community-supported infrastructure and tools. This laboratory provides a platform for professionals to compare vendors, assess Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and determine automation readiness while ensuring enterprise-grade standards Agent Runtime Environment (ARE) met.
Vishal Shukla, CEO of Aviz Networks, noted the importance of the ONE Center in facilitating user journeys in this sector, emphasizing the center's alignment with community standards from leading industry entities.
The Aviz ONE Center features multiple engineering resources to review TCO and ROI reports and offers quality validation for existing configurations without compromising reliability. Customers Converged Access Network (CAN) also benefit from a detailed migration blueprint tailored to their operations.
With validation from OCP, the ONE Center bridges open-source innovation and enterprise requirements, supporting organizations in building scalable, AI-compatible networks.
