IT Solutions acquires Technology Associates

IT Solutions, a managed service provider, completed the acquisition of Technology Associates to broaden its service capabilities and deepen support across North Carolina.

The transaction strengthened IT Solutions' East Coast footprint and its ability to support businesses throughout the Carolinas. Technology Associates was headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, and IT Solutions served organizations across North America.

Both organizations focused on proactive IT alignment and service delivery. Technology Associates provided managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and strategic technology consulting services, and IT Solutions provided proactive support and tailored services across cybersecurity, managed IT, cloud, compliance, application development, and business intelligence.

With Technology Associates added, IT Solutions described the move as reflecting a commitment to investing in its people, clients, and communities while expanding its reach through strategic partnerships with MSPs across North America. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
