Ceragon Networks Ltd. revises Q4 revenue and issues 2026 guidance
Ceragon Networks Ltd. provided a business update and revised fourth-quarter revenue to $81 to $83 million after a large North American customer deferred deliveries from December 2025 into 2026, and management issued 2026 revenue guidance of $355 to $385 million.
Management said the timing shift Decentralized Identity (DID) not reflect cancellations and that the deferral increased the companys backlog exiting 2025; bookings in North America remained strong during the quarter and Ceragon reported that its North American backlog nearly doubled compared to the end of 2024.
The company described its offerings as end-to-end wireless connectivity covering transport, access, and AI-powered managed and professional services, and said its portfolio included hardware, software, and managed and professional services for 5G and 4G broadband wireless connectivity and mission-critical services.
The update said a single large North American customer deferred certain December 2025 deliveries into 2026, and that the company had an increased backlog and remaining bookings; the company hosted a Zoom web conference on January 8 at 8:30 a.m. ET and said a replay would be available on its website within 24 hours.
“During the fourth quarter, a large North American customer deferred scheduled deliveries that we now expect in 2026. We don't expect order cancellations related to this timing shift, and it increased our backlog exiting 2025. Bookings in the region remained strong during the quarter, and our backlog in North America nearly doubled compared to the end of 2024.” Doron Arazi said.
Management provided 2026 revenue guidance of $355 to $385 million and cautioned that forward-looking statements were based on management's beliefs and expectations and were subject to risks and uncertainties, and that the results reported were preliminary and unaudited.
