ADLINK registers San Jose Manufacturing Center with DDTC and implements ITAR compliance program

ADLINK Technology has registered its San Jose Manufacturing Center (SJMC) with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and implemented a compliance program for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This program addresses export and import controls of defense items, services, and technical data as outlined by the U.S. Department of State.

ADLINK's ITAR compliance program establishes protocols for product classification, technical data protection, and secure supply chain management aligned with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). The registration aligns with ADLINK's ongoing expansion in military and defense markets.

“ADLINK has been at the forefront of providing technology. We have consistently delivered rugged, high-performance embedded computing solutions that address the complex requirements of defense and aerospace applications,” said Sean Butler, CEO of the Americas at ADLINK Technology. “Our comprehensive ITAR compliance program and DDTC registration underscore our commitment to protecting controlled technical data while providing our defense customers with secure, reliable technologies for mission-critical systems.”

The company's compliance program includes rigorous classification for products under the United States Munitions List (USML), enhanced cybersecurity protocols, secure supply chain management, employee training on export controls, and regular compliance audits.
