Cloudbrink integrates identity management services with CrowdStrike in SASE platform

Cloudbrink, a company located in Sunnyvale, California, has introduced new identity management services that are integrated with CrowdStrike. This initiative, announced on July 30, 2025, is designed for Cloudbrink's Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform and consolidates the management of user identities and device authentication within a singular interface. The update aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce expenses, and lower error occurrences by decreasing dependency on Standalone (SA) identity providers, thereby addressing potential security incidents.

Integration with CrowdStrike

According to Prakash Mana, CEO of Cloudbrink, the incorporation of identity management alongside CrowdStrike's solutions offers essential authentication and authorization for users and devices, aligned with zero-trust security principles. This integration addresses challenges related to managing hybrid workforces, external users, and cloud services, enabling companies to streamline their identity services in one location.

Features of Identity Management Services

The newly developed identity management suite includes several functionalities such as Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) integration for standard identity providers and support for System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) for synchronization of user-group mapping. The services also provide local collections for user management and device authentication, accommodating different use cases, including machine-to-machine communications.

Partnership and Market Demand

Cloudbrink collaborated with WITHX, a partner based in South Korea, to create these services in response to increased demand for integrated identity management solutions. KiHwan Lee from WITHX observed a rising interest among clients in Asia for managing external users as part of their Zero Trust Network Access (Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA)) strategies.

Benefits of Integration

The integration with CrowdStrike allows users to access Zero Trust Scores from the Falcon platform, enabling automatic compliance checks and improved control over application access in enterprises. This partnership merges endpoint security with access management, delivering a comprehensive security approach within a single platform.
