11:11 Systems acquires Ntirety
11:11 Systems acquired Ntirety, completing its sixth authorised VMware partner purchase and increasing its position as one of the largest private VMware Cloud Service Provider partners.
Broadcom made changes to the VMware Cloud Service Provider programme that optimised the number of authorised VMware partners, and those changes prompted some former VCSPs to choose options such as forming new partnerships, migrating, or joining with a VCSP to assure ongoing access to VMware cloud infrastructure.
Through a global cloud platform and a partner-first approach, 11:11 delivers cloud, connectivity, backup, cyber, Disaster Recovery (DR) and security solutions and supports VMware-based environments via its resilient cloud platform.
The acquisition of Ntirety closed January 8, 2026; the terms were not disclosed. Cooley LLP acted as legal advisor to 11:11, Houlihan Lokey served as exclusive financial advisor to Ntirety, and Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Ntirety. Over the past three years, 11:11 acquired iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services and Faction.
“We chose 11:11 to take Ntirety’s business to the next level because of their deep experience in VMware-based environments, as well as their focus on security,” said Jim Parks, CEO, Ntirety.
The companies described plans to support customers' IT plans from cloud to containers to private Artificial Intelligence (AI) and beyond.
